What do you do at VCI?
As President I work hard to keep our company growing and our customers happy. I also serve the technical needs of many of our business accounts.

Why do you like working at VCI?
I learn something new every day, get to work with great people and use computers!

What's the strangest thing you've done or seen at VCI?
I once saw a computer that was so badly struck by an electrical surge that it had scorch marks on the modem AND sound card. Though some of the things I have seen on customer computers has been pretty strange...

What do you do at VCI?
As a technician I work on customer computers in-shop, as well as make regular on-site visits.

Why do you like working at VCI?
Fun & challenging atmosphere, and great co-workers.

What's the strangest thing you've done or seen at VCI?
Well, all the wierd stuff thats been pulled out of computers. Skittles, toy armymen, and just about anything else that you can think of.

What do you do at VCI?
My primary responsibility is to insure customer repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner. I am the primary point-of-contact for customers and act as an interface between them and our technicians.

Why do you like working at VCI?
Great variety of things to do, great customers and co-workers to work with - best of all everything is related to my hobby - computing.

What's the strangest thing you've done or seen at VCI?
Last summer, a customer came in with a 386 system. These machines were mainstream PC's in the early '90's! It was still in use by the customer who used it for keeping his club's membership records.

What do you do at VCI?
I'm in charge of eBay sales, updating the online store, and compiling the monthly newsletter.

Why do you like working at VCI?
VCI is an encouraging environment. It's run by people who enjoy what they are doing, care about the people they are serving, and believe in the people they work with. I'm able to work in a fashion that suits me, doing things that I enjoy and that makes me happy.

What's the strangest thing you've done or seen at VCI?
I've only been there a short time, but the strangest thing has to have been trying to vacuum a broken plastic pin out of a computer.

What is your favorite...
Color: Purple
Food: Burritos, Japanese curry rice, and fried rice. I am also fond of English/Irish black teas as well as oolong and barley tea.

What do you do at VCI?
I help support our internal services such as our own network, making sure that everything is running in tip-top shape.

Why do you like working at VCI?
I was able to turn my hobby into my job. I already breathed and slept technology, so what better company to work for? Not to mention the fact that I'm able to innovate and be creative with my work, designing more efficient systems that are ultimately more fun to work with.

What's the strangest thing you've done or seen at VCI?
Is spending several hours in the dead of night to repair a phone server considered crazy? Only to get pulled over by a state trooper on the trip home at 4 am, as he thought I was coming out of the bar and not the store. (He was just doing his job, but alas I was sober. He was very disappointed he couldn't get a DUI that night.)
