As the System Administrator for the Town of Randolph's computer network, I have found Mr. Lesniak and his technicians to be upfront and honest in their assessments of problems and their possible solutions. Computers and servers are complex systems that require periodic monitoring and maintenance, and are expensive to replace. While I know some things about computers and servers, knowing I can call on an expert to assist when the problem is beyond my knowledge base is invaluable. It is well worth the money to have the monthly monitoring and maintenance performed-it helps to extend the life of the system and assists in identifying needs for future planning.
